TV Installation Checklist

1. Review all of these steps before beginning

2. Discuss with customer where TV is to be installed

3. Put down drop cloth

4. Open & Unpack TV & Mounting Hardware

5. Leave the cardboard under the front of tv to protect tv

6. Fasten Hardware to Tv

7. Temporarily attach wall mount to TV bracket

8. Find center of tv mount and tv

9. Ask the client where they generally want the TV mounted. Which wall, roughly where on the wall, etc

10. Temporarily tape the appropriate template to the wall

11. Have customer look at placement and adjust as needed

12. Find and mark center of studs using tape and pencil

13. Attach mount - we use fully adjustable mounts, atleast 2 lag screws must be in studs

14. Have 2nd person help mount tv

15. Hook up all wires

16. Attach hide a way for wire runs

17. Remove and dispose of all trash

18. Clean up and sweep

19. Verify with customer that the project is to their satisfaction and ask if there is anything else they need!
